Good pool, tidy and perfect rooms with all amenities. Decent food, great location near Al Rigga Metro station.

The hotel was in a magnificent location, in the restaurant above all. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was outstanding.

I loved the room with all amenities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Amazing and stunning location, it was close to a subway station. A shopping street and main shopping street where right next door.

They served poor breakfast, it can be much better.

The location was favourable to the desert and the staff here was absolutely perfect.

Some people working there were really bad.

By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in Dubai, had much fun and met very pleasant and consistently courteous staff with this receptionist. The breakfast selection was very very good. The location was particularly good in Avenue which is located in Al Rigga street and the atmosphere was QUIET.

We stayed in an a nice size and well-organisedroom with a balcony and 1 big bed and WiFi.

Good-sized and well laid out room with nice views of the skyline of Dubai. Had gates. Wonderful location to the best eating areas of Dubai, in the particularly good area.

There were central heating, flat-screen television and a safe box in the rooms, which made them great-sized and well-organised. The atmosphere created was special.

The location, just a short walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants on Rigga street, was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were attentive and friendly, always ready to help. We had a small issue with the room door lock, but the maintenance team quickly resolved it. The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

Beautiful location in the good area, right by gorrier mall & near restaurants shopping malls & metro station as well as the shopping street close to the metro station. Again, walking distance to a prominent monument.

The wonderful staff and the accomadation. Excellent security staff & perfect location to shopping & the rest of the bars.

Internet was excellent, but a little too expensive.

I had very nice days staying at this budget hotel. The venue was a good base for enjoying a good area, adjacent to the center of Deira, Deira's main shopping street and the 49ers Wild west Bar/Restaurant expecting Wild west type of an evening. Central location was a plus. Deira district was worth staying in.

1-It is good fro single young travelers if are intrested in dubai night life. 2-The staff are kind and friendly. 3-I arrive earlyer to hotel but they make early checkin for me without any extra fee or complain.

1- until late in the middnight there was lot of voice in my hotel floor, which sure will disturb you if you are sleeping! Due to lot of young boys and their guest,... . 2-for this reason you there was lot of smoking in the area and even I was requested none smoking room but once you open the door of your room imidiately you smel lot of smoke in your room atmospher. 2- The internet is expensive they charge you daily(24hrs) 50 AED which is equal to 12 Euro per day which is quest expensive and the funny is it is daily fee, so if you use it or no in next day you need to buy againn the credit of internet!

A huge variety of food at the satisfactory breakfast. Tidy and perfect room, nice bathroom with a bidet. Amazing location in the Deira area with views of the skyline of Dubai. Based right by Near metro station and shops as well as handy for restaurants.
